Every applicant is reviewed, and licensing, insurance, and standing are verified before a membership is approved, because every member represents every other member on a job site.
Governing Members vote and attend governance meetings, while Service Members are expected to use the services and stay in good standing, nothing more.
Membership is not a trap, and the terms for withdrawal, notice period, and any patronage balance are set out in the membership agreement.
